CK Summer Days - LEADER APPLICATION

We are so excited that you want to be a leader at CK Summer Days! All applicants must be entering 6th grade or older. Please fill out the application below. All applications will be pending until we have a chance to review them. You should hear back from your campus’s CK pastor within two weeks.

Mandatory Volunteer Training
To help create a safe, fun, and impactful experience for every child, attendance at both training sessions is mandatory.

Training #1 (Choose One)

May 4 | 6:00–7:30 PM | Lake Zurich Campus
May 18 | 6:00–7:30 PM | Grayslake Campus

Training #2

June 8 | 6:00–7:30 PM | Grayslake Campus
